Thousands of fans line up for new Nottingham Forest store opening
The Mere PR Kitbag team was busy in Nottingham last week as it helped launch the new Nottingham Forest club store. Crowds of Forest fans turned out in their thousands to get a glimpse of the all new Forest Club store when it was officially opened by Forest favourites Paul McKenna and John McGovern yesterday.
Trent FM’s J entertained the queuing fans as they waited in line to be among the first to see the new Forest shopping experience. After the store was officially opened by current captain Paul McKenna and European Cup winning captain John McGovern, fans rushed through the doors to buy the new home and away kits, before getting them signed by the players.
Extensive coverage of the event was generated in the Nottingham Post and on BBC East Midlands Tonight.
